Welcome to my World
Be who you need to be. If someone wants you to be someone who you are not, for them--do not conform to what they WANT you to be. Be what they need you to be to them. Those who want you to be who they want you to be, so as to be comfortable and at peace within themselves, need you to be a mirror for them. So that they can see themselves. If they could see themselves clearly; they wouldn't need, nor have want, for you to be anyone other than yourself. Who is another to ask you to pretend to be someone whom you are not-- Asking you to live a lie for them, to hide the truth of yourself from them, so that they can feel comfortable about being themselves? Who is any other to expect or demand of you that you be un-true to yourself, to conform to their thinking and feeling about you because you do not fit the picture they want to see when they look upon you? If the way another sees you; and what they see doesn't match up at all. Then they tell you that they believe that you should become the way they think you should be... Because your being yourself is disturbing to them.... When they tell you that just thinking about the who/what you are, and what you represent (in their mind) is upsetting to them, makes them angry, disgust them, makes them sick, or some other nonsense like that...Just because you live according to how you see yourself, according to your own standards, rather than their standards, and how they see themselves, which leads them to see you in the distorted way that they see you...Hoping you will align yourself with their wharped image of themself. You can't help but be to another what they need you to be. For in actuality you become everything to everyone, no matter what, whether you know it or not. Though you can never become who another wants you to be, no matter how much you pretend to be, or try to be, who and what they want you to be. Because the only person you can ever be is YOU. So you might as well go ahead and be yourself, don't ya think? If you being you drives someone else crazy; who then is the crazy one? Be ... JUST....BE YOURSELF!!! You can't be nobody but you and Nobody else can be you but you. Be ever just and just Be
